What / Why :
"SamPanBok" is the stone cataract under Mekong river. In rainy season, The water
will flood in SamPanBok. There is more than 3,000 basins at SamPanBok. Sampan
means 3,000 in Thai and Bok means basin in Lao. The In the same area there is
Mekong river grand canyon. At the entrance of the grand canyon, there is the dog
head stone. best time to go to SamPanBok is dry season during January to May.
